I am a Technology Strategy and Digital Transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in the physical and digital retail industry, spanning ANZ, SEA, MENA, Europe, Americas, and India. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with some of the world’s leading retailers, including The Warehouse Group, Officemax, Matahari, Alshaya Group, Landmark Group, Myer, and Sainsbury’s. My expertise lies in various retailing formats and functions, including eCommerce, omni-channel retailing, supply chain optimization, loyalty solutions, and analytics. Leveraging cutting-edge technology stacks like Magento, Hybris, AWS, GCP, Oracle, and SAP, I have successfully delivered transformative solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

As the Country Head - Australia and Global Director for Retail Industry Practice at Duco Consultancy, I lead initiatives that redefine retail experiences and operational excellence. My previous roles at Matahari, Alshaya Group, Landmark Group, and global technology giants like Oracle, IBM, and TCS have equipped me with the skills to manage large-scale, high-impact projects. Notable achievements include re-launching Matahari.com on Adobe Magento Enterprise Cloud, which earned a top-10 ranking in fashion eCommerce and a 4+ Playstore rating. I also spearheaded the launch of H&M Middle East’s eCommerce mobile app using headless architecture and led a transformative omni-channel program at Landmark India. These projects have consistently delivered exceptional customer experiences while optimizing operational capabilities.
