Additionally, with AuxiBot’s Stibo integration, they have automated the process of removing product backgrounds, ensuring high-quality product images. The challenge

Despite its transformative impact, AuxiBot has encountered challenges typical of AI integration. One major hurdle has been ensuring seamless compatibility across diverse systems and platforms within OfficeMax, requiring extensive customization and API integrations. Additionally, maintaining optimal performance and accuracy of its generative AI capabilities, especially in complex tasks like background removal on Stibo, has demanded continuous refinement and training. The biggest game-changer recently has been the introduction of RPA and AI. Managing our 40,000 active SKUs used to be a time-consuming process, taking weeks. Now, we're getting products web-ready in mere hours! We're also using this data to create smaller RPNAI solutions that help sales teams recommend the best products, validate customer-visible data, and soon, launch a new NLP chatbot to revolutionize our website search. I'm thrilled to say OMX NZ won the AJ Innovator of the Year award at the Stibo Connect 24 conference.
